| Can someone help me decide which treatments
are best for me? |
| Our spa receptionist will be pleased
to help you plan the perfect spa experience. This also includes the
best sequence for your treatments. |
| May I request a male or female massage
therapist? |
| Yes, of course, but we cannot guarantee
the avaliability of a particular therapist unless you book well in
advance. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists.
They are trained to drape sheets discreetly over areas of the body
not involved with the treatments. We respect and protect your privacy
at all times. |
| What should I wear during my treatments? |
| We ask that you undress to your comfort
level. Many of our body treatments are messy and if you wish to wear
undergarments you may wish to bring a spare with you. |
| What if I am late for my appointment? |
| Unfortunately there is usually a
client booked right after you so your treatment time will be adjusted.
This could possibly reduce your treatments effectiveness and your
pleasure, so please try to arrive on time. |
| How do I pay for my spa services? |
| We accept all major credit cards,
travelers' check or cash. It is best to exchange your U.S. money prior
to arrival so as to receive the best exchange rate possible. |
| Should I tip for my services? |
| All of the staff at the Atrium Spa
do not expect a tip however, they are very grateful when they recieve
them. Usually an average of 10 to 15% is customary, although it is
totally up to the client. |
| What is the difference between a minifacial
and a skin treatment facial? |
| A skin treatment facial consists
of a deep cleansing, toning and exfoliating. A steam is applied then
extractions take place. We then apply a mask best suited to your skin
type, followed by a facial massage, then a moisturizing treatment.
The minifacial is the same except there is no steam, extractions and
the massage is not as long. Many people prefer to alternate between
a mini facial and skin treatment every 4 to 6 weeks. |
